MS Excel How to printout from Excel - วิธีพิมพ์ข้อมูลออกจากไฟล์ Excel
"Set Print Area" in Excel can help you proper printout from Excel through a printer. There are few step to set a print area, please follow below.
การกำหนดค่า "Set Print Area" ใน Excel ช่วยให้สามารถพิมพ์ข้อมูลจาก Excel ออกทางเครื่องพิมพ์ได้อย่างเหมาะ มีวิธีทำไม่ยากดังต่อไปนี้
1.Prepare your required data for A4 print out เตรียมข้อมูลที่ต้องการสำหรับการพิมพ์ออกทางเครื่องพิมพ์บนกระดาษขนาด A4
2.Click on "PAGE LAYOUT" tab and then click on right lower corner to open "Page Setup" window.
คลิกที่แทป PAGE LAYOUT แล้วคลิกที่มุมขวาล่างเพื่อเปิดหน้าต่าง Page Setup.
3.On the "Page Setup" window, check on "Page" tab to set up as below screenshot.
- Orientation = set to "Portrait" if you want to print out in a "Vertical" layout.
- Scaling = set to "Adjust to : 100%"
- Ensuring that "Paper size: is A4"
ในหน้าต่าง Page Setup ให้ตรวจดูว่า แทป Page ได้ถูกกำหนดค่าตามตัวอย่างหน้าจอด้านล่างหรือยัง
- Orientation = กำหนดเป็น "Portrait" ถ้าต้องการพิมพ์ออกif you want to print out in a "Vertical" layout.
- Scaling = set to "Adjust to : 100%"
- Ensuring that "Paper size: is A4"
4.After set "Page Setup", then there are dash line show on end of page on both vertical and horizontal side. หลังจากบันทึก Page Setup แล้ว จะปรากฎเส้นประที่ขอบแนวตั้งและแนวนอน เพื่อแสดงขอบเขตของหน้ากระดาษ A4
5.You can adjust size of column to make all data fit in one A4. ปรับขนาดของ Column ให้เหมาะสมเพื่อให้ข้อมูลแสดงพอดีในกระดาษขนาด A4
6.Select all data that you want to print out. เลือกข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่ต้องการจะพิมพ์ออก
7.Click on "PAGE LAYOUT" tab and click on "Print Area". Then click on "Set Print Area". คลิกที่แทป PAGE LAYOUT แล้วจึงคลิกที่ Print Area แล้วคลิกที่ Set Print Area.
8.After "Set Print Area", there is border for area that will be printed out. หลังจาก set print area จะมีเส้นขอบแสดงรอบพื้นที่ที่ต้องการ print
9.Then click on "FILE" tab on top left of Excel. แล้วคลิกที่ FILE ด้านบนซ้ายสุดของ Excel
10.Click on "Print" menu. คลิกที่ Print
11.Select printer from the list. เลือกเครื่องพิมพ์จากรายการ
12.The preview of data will show in the right area of this window. ตัวอย่างข้อมูลที่จะถูกพิมพ์จะแสดงด้านขวามือ
13.Click on Page number below to preview next page. ให้คลิกที่หน้าด้านล่างเพื่อตรวจสอบตัวอย่างพิพม์ของหน้าต่อไป
14.Click "Print" icon to print out the document through your selected printer. คลิกที่สัญลักษณ์ Print เพื่อพิมพ์ออกทางเครื่องพิมพ์ที่เลือก
