วิธีให้หัวตารางแสดงอัตโนมัติในไมโครซอฟต์เวิร์ด
To make a table header to always display when the same table starting on the new page can help you to reduce a lot of manual work on MS Word document. To do this please follow the instruction below.
การกำหนดค่าให้หัวตารางแสดงโดยอัตโนมัติ เมื่อตารางเดิมมีการขึ้นหน้าใหม่ ช่วยลดงานในการจัดการเอกสารไมโครซอฟต์เวิร์ดได้เป็นอย่างมาก มีวิธีการทำได้ดังนี้
1. Prepare a table - สร้างตาราง
2. Click on the left area out of the top row of the table. This is to make a highlighting for an entire top row and open the menu.
คลิกบริเวณพื้นที่ซ้ายมือด้านนอก Row บนสุด เพื่อเลือก Row บนสุดทั้ง Row และเปิดเมนู
3. Then click on "Shading" icon (the icon looks like a color bucket) to open "Theme colors" pallet. Then click on desired color to fill the background color of the top row.
คลิกที่ไอคอน Shading" (รูปถังสี) เพื่อเปิด Theme colors แล้วคลิกที่สีที่ต้องการ เพื่อเติมสีพื้นของ Row บนสุด
4.Next, make a right click on the selecting top row to open the dropdowns menu. Then click on "Table Properties.."
คลิกขวาเม้าส์บนพื้นที่ที่เลือกของ Row บนสุด เพื่อเปิดเมนูชุดล่าง แล้วคลิกที่ Table Properties.. ที่เมนูชุดล่าง
5.Once "Table Properties" screen open, click on "Row" tab and click on the box in front of "Repeat as header row at the top of each page". Then click "OK".
เมื่อหน้าจอ Table Properties เปิด ให้คลิกที่แทป Row แล้วคลิกที่กล่องหน้าข้อความ Repeat as header row at the top of each page. แล้วคลิกปุ่ม OK
6.Then input the header description for each column.
จากนั้นใส่หัวตารางให้เรียบร้อย
7.Now you can add more rows The table header will be repeated automatically one the new page once the row exceed the first page.
เมื่อเพิ่ม Row จนขึ้นหน้าใหม่ หัวตารางจะแสดงให้โดยอัตโนมัติ
