Samgye-tang-Ginseng chicken soup-ซัมกเยทัง-ซัมเกทัง-ไก่ตุ๋นโสม
อาหารเกาหลีที่น่าอร่อยอีกชนิดหนึ่งคือ ซัมกเยทัง เรียกแบบง่ายๆ ก็น่าจะเรียกไก่ตุ๋นโสมก็ได้ อาหารชนิดนี้ถ้าไปเที่ยวเกาหลีกับทัวร์ ไกด์ก็จะจัดให้เป็นอาหารที่ต้องลอง
ซัมกเยทัง มีลักษณะเป็นซุป และต้มด้วยไก่ทั้งตัว ไกด์บอกว่าต้องเป็นไก่อายุประมาณ 45 วัน โดยนำไก่ทั้งตัว มายัดไส้เครื่องสมุนไพรชนิดต่างๆ เช่นข้าวเหนียว เกาลัด พุทราจีน และแน่นอนโสม
Samgye-tang or ginseng chicken soup is a must try Korean food when you visit Korea. Last year when I visited South Korea, a tour leader told that this kind of food using a whole young chicken (age 45 days) and stuff with many herb like sticky rice, chestnuts, jujube and of course, ginseng and etc.
