ไก่ฟ้ารีฟส์ ไก่ฟ้ารีฟ ไก่ฟ้าของรีฟ
เป็นไก่ฟ้าขนาดใหญ่ชนิดหนึ่งนิสัยกร้าวร้าวแต่มีสีสันสวยงาม พบในประเทศจีน โดยชื่อ รีฟส์ มาจากส่วนหนึ่งของชื่อ จอห์นรีฟส์ ซึ่งเป็นผู้นำไก่ชนิดนี้ไปแสดงในยุโรปเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 1831
ไก่ฟ้าชนิดนี้ตัวผู้จะมีสีสันที่ชัดเจนมาก ขนลำตัวสีทองดูปลายขนมนขลิปดำ ดูเผินๆ คล้ายเกร็ดปลา ขาสีเทา ม่านตาสีน้ำตาล และผิวรอบดวงตาสีแดง หัวส่วนบนมีสีขาว มีแถบสีดำคาดบริเวณตา ตัวผู้มีหางยาวสีขาวเงินและมีลายสีน้ำตาลแก่ พบในป่าหลากหลายชนิด ป่าเขตอบอุ่น และป่ากึ่งเขตร้อน

Reeves's pheasant
Reeves's pheasant is a large pheasant. It is a local found in China. The name "Reeves's " was named after the British naturalist John Reeves, who first introduced this kind of pheasant to Europe in 1831.
The male is brightly plumaged with a scaled golden white and red body plumage, grey legs, brown iris, and bare red skin around the eye. The top of the head is white with a black narrow band across its eyes. The male has an extremely long silvery-white tail barred with chestnut brown.
