วิธีตั้งค่ายกเลิกการส่งอีเมลใน Gmail
1. ในหน้าหลักของ Gmail คลิกที่รูปเกียร์ ที่มุมบนด้านขวามือ
2. เมื่อเมนูเปิดออกคลิกที่ Settings
3. ในหน้าจอ Settings คลิกที่ลูกศร ใน undo send เพื่อเปิดตัวเลือกช่วงเวลา
4. คลิกช่วงเวลาที่ต้อง (ช่วงเวลามากที่สุดคือ 30 วินาที)
5. เลื่อนหน้าจอลงมาข้างล่างสุดแล้วคลิก Save Changes
6. ทดสอบการตั้งค่าโดยการส่งอีเมลถึงตัวเอง
7. เมื่อคลิกปุ่ม Send จะพบว่ามีเมนูย่อยแสดงบนหน้าจอด้านล่างซ้ายมือ ซึ่งมีข้อความ Undo (เมนูจะแสดงอยู่ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดค่าในข้อ 4 ข้างต้น)
8. หากคลิกที่ Undo อีเมลดังกล่าวจะไม่ถูกส่ง และเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็น Draft.
Have you ever accidentally click send button one the composting email which you have been finished yet? Or have you ever typing the wrong email address but already hit the send button?
The above issues you can set the Gmail to give you up to 30 seconds to cancel the sending email.
Please follow the below steps for this setup.
How to set an unsent email in the Gmail.
1. Click on a Gear icon.
2. Once the menu appears, click on the Settings.
3. On the Settings page, clicks on the down arrow (in the undo send section) to select a duration to unsent an email.
4. Once the duration appears, clicks on the desired duration.
Please note, by default, the undo will be set at 5 seconds and you can adjust to 30 seconds for a maximum.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and clicks on the Save Changes button to record the setting.
6. To test the setting, just compose an email to yourself.
7. Once clicks on the Send button, the menu with Undo will show on the left bottom of the screen.
Please note, the menu will display according to the duration selected on step 4 above.
8. There is a message Sending Undone appearing on the screen. Then the email will be converted to Draft.
