MSWord-How to use Format Painter - วิธีใช้ Format Painterในไมโครซอฟต์เวิร์ด
"Format Painter" can help you to reduce a job in MS Word since you can use this function to change the select fonts or shape to be same as the selected type. For an example, you have typed a full page but later on you just realize that the format of font need to change to be same as first paragraph. Then you just select some font in firs paragraph and use Format Painter to change the rest of the page to be same font type. Follow below few steps to use format painter.
"Format Painter" สามารถช่วยลดงานได้อย่างมากเวลาใช้งานไมโครซอฟต์เวิร์ด เนื่องจากสามารถช่วยเปลี่ยนชนิดของฟอนท์ หรือ shape ตามต้นแบบที่เลือกได้ในเวลาอันรวดเร็ว เช่น คุณพิมพ์เอกสารไมโครซอฟต์เวิร์ดไปเต็มหนึ่งหน้า แต่เพิ่งทราบภายหลังว่า ฟอนท์ที่เลือกส่วนใหญ่ ไม่ตรงกับฟอนท์ที่ถูกต้องในบรรทัดแรก คุณสามารถเลือกฟอนท์บางส่วนในบรรทัดแรก แล้ว ใช้ Format Painter เพื่อเปลี่ยนในส่วนที่เหลือได้ มีวิธีการดังนี้
1. Select required font type เลือกฟอนท์ต้นแบบที่ต้องการ
2. Click on "Format Painter" icon. คลิกที่ Format Painter
3.Mouse cursor then change to "Paint brush" icon. Then drag the cursor though out the fonts that you want to change to the required format.
เคอร์เซอร์ของเม้าส์จะเปลี่ยนเป็นรูปแปรง ให้แดรก (คลิกแล้วลากเม้าส์) ในบริเวณตัวอักษรที่ต้องเปลี่ยนรูปแบบ ฟอนท์จะเปลี่ยนตามชนิดต้นแบบที่เลือก
