Special dipping recipe from Chef Kani - น้ำจิ้มสูตรพิเศษของเชฟคานิ
It is very lucky that we met Chef Kani, at ThaiFEX World of food 2018. Chef cooked a special dipping recipe which is mix of Wasabi-O, Wasabi Mayonnaise, fresh Thai chilli and fresh garlic. It's such a perfect component. We feel a hot of wasabi, chilli and garlic. Then mayonnaise help to make the taste smoother. The dipping is very good to go with non fat crispy tofu sheet, rice cracker, crab stick. Try it yourselves at booth IH3-P15 29 May - 02 June 2018.
